The Del Mar Television Foundation has a Grant Program for members to assist those wishing to produce programs at DMTV. The maximum Grant amount for a single show (or pilot) is $500. The maximum grant amount for continuing shows is $400 per show. See the Grant Proposal Form for more information.

To receive a grant you need to be a Certified Producer of the Del Mar TV Foundation. 

You can become a certified producer at DMTV in video production classes available through the Del Mar TV Foundation. See section below.
